He whispered, "Hey, can you help me with something?" I nodded, curious to see what he needed help with. He pointed to his English textbook and said, "I'm having trouble understanding this passage. Can you explain it to me?" I smiled and nodded, feeling honored that he had come to me for help. Together, we went through the passage, discussing the vocabulary and main ideas. After a few moments, he seemed to understand and thanked me for my help. As he stood up to return to his seat, I couldn't help but feel a sense of pride that I was able to assist the English class representative. It was a small moment, but it made me feel like I had contributed something valuable to the class that day.
